Okay! Madam introduces Mi Young, a diligent shop owner known for her delicious twisted bread sticks at a vibrant traditional market, and her husband, Seok Hwan, a skilled computer repairman. Their quiet lives take an unexpected turn when Seok Hwan wins a fantastic free trip to Hawaii, marking their very first international journey together. Filled with excitement for their dream vacation, Mi Young and Seok Hwan eagerly board their flight.

However, their romantic getaway swiftly spirals into chaos. Unbeknownst to the couple, their airplane becomes the site of a perilous encounter. A group of terrorists, including the menacing Cheol Seung, who are actively pursuing a secret agent, have boarded the very same flight. What promised to be a joyous trip to paradise suddenly transforms into a terrifying hostage situation, trapping Mi Young, Seok Hwan, and all the other passengers in an unforeseen battle for survival thousands of feet in the air.
