Description:

After winning the prestigious Platini International Music Competition, Chiaki becomes the new conductor for the Le Marlet Orchestra. He is dismayed to find the orchestra struggling with poor performance, dwindling members, and a lack of audience interest due to funding issues. Meanwhile, Nodame prepares for her graduation exam, thrilled by Chiaki's success. She is overjoyed when Chiaki asks her to perform Ravel's Bolero with the orchestra, only to be replaced by Son Rui, a disappointment she carefully conceals.

The subsequent Bolero performance proves disastrous, met with laughter from the audience, prompting Chiaki to reflect on his past with the S Orchestra and his teacher Strezemann. Determined to turn things around, Chiaki and Nodame resolve to make their next concert a triumph. Chiaki holds auditions for new members while Nodame spearheads promotional activities, ensuring a packed concert hall. As the performance begins, Chiaki takes the stage, baton raised, ready for a new beginning.
