In the fantasy action drama Nine Tailed Fox, Shi Yeon lives a double life. By day, she works at a natural history museum. By night, she is a top-ranking warrior for the Nine-Tailed Fox clan, dedicated to preserving the delicate balance between humans and her species. However, her undercover life is sent spinning when a series of atrocious serial murders is uncovered, where the victims have had their internal organs gouged out. Believing the killings are connected to an organ trafficking trade, Detective Min Woo goes undercover in a seedy organ smuggling ring. When his cover is blown, his life is saved only through the sudden intervention of Shi Yeon and fellow fox warrior Mu Young. But this rescue comes with a dangerous consequence: Min Woo has seen their true identities as Nine-Tailed Foxes. Now, a crucial question remains: can this detective be allowed to live?
