Description:

The emotional drama Night Flight follows three former best friends, Yongju, Giwoong, and Gitaek, who have grown apart in high school. Yongju secretly struggles with his gender identity and his long-held love for Giwoong. Meanwhile, Giwoong has become a ruthless school gang leader, and Gitaek is an obsessive manga fan targeted by Giwoongs cruel bullying. Pushed to the brink, Gitaek betrays Yongju by revealing his secret feelings for Giwoong. When Giwoong steals Yongjus bicycle, it ignites a tense confrontation. Despite the danger of becoming a target himself, Yongju refuses to back down. Instead, he draws Giwoong into a dangerous emotional duel of mutual humiliation and burgeoning memories. Set in anonymous, abandoned urban spaces like the derelict Night Flight gay bar in Seoul, the film delivers a haunting portrait of a competitive society that has no room for minorities, friendship, or passion.
