Description:

Set in the late Joseon era, the film "Royal Secret Inspector" introduces Sung YiGyeom, a brilliant scholar working at the Hongmungwan who lacks personal ambition despite his success. His carefree existence abruptly ends after he is caught gambling. As punishment, Sung YiGyeom is appointed a secret royal inspector, tasked with uncovering and eradicating widespread corruption among public officers.
