Description:

Nang Nak tells a poignant and chilling tale rooted in a famous Thai legend. The story unfolds as Mak bravely leaves his home for Bangkok, only to be seriously wounded while fighting in the Chiang Toong War. During his long absence, tragedy strikes: his beloved wife, Nak, dies a heartbreaking death, along with their stillborn child. Unaware of this devastating loss, Mak eventually returns home from the war. Upon his return, he and Nak resume their lives together, seemingly as a devoted couple. However, Mak remains completely oblivious to the unsettling truth that his wife is, in fact, a ghost. This spectral coexistence continues until the pervasive forces of the supernatural realm begin to unveil the extraordinary deception. Their intertwined lives, defying the boundary between the living and the dead, ultimately lead to an unexpected and profoundly moving resolution.
