My Runway introduces Han Seo Yeon, a bright, healthy, and outgoing high school student with a passionate dream of becoming a model. Her aspirations lead her to a significant casting call, where she encounters Jinwook, one of Korea's most prestigious top models, serving as a judge. Unfortunately, the audition does not go Seo Yeon's way, leaving her disheartened and deeply disappointed.

However, her journey takes an extraordinary and unexpected turn shortly after. A bizarre incident occurs, causing the seasoned top model and the hopeful aspiring model to mysteriously switch bodies. Now, forced to live in each other's shoes, they must navigate the unfamiliar challenges of both a high school student's life and the demanding, high-pressure world of professional modeling, all while trying to understand how to revert to their original selves.
