My Name Is Kim Sam Soon is a captivating romance drama about Kim Sam Soon Kim Sun Ah, a talented pastry baker. On Christmas Eve, her life takes a dramatic turn when she catches her boyfriend Min Hyun Woo Lee Kyu Han cheating, leading to an immediate breakup. That same night, she accidentally wanders into the mens restroom and meets Hyun Jin Hun Hyun Bin, a callous yet occasionally considerate man. By a stroke of coincidence, Jin Hun is looking for a baker for his restaurant, Bon Appetit, and hires the unemployed Sam Soon as the chief baker. Although they initially clash and fight like cat and dog, genuine feelings begin to spark between them. Sam Soon eventually agrees to pose as Jin Huns girlfriend to keep his mother from pestering him.
