My Date With A Vampire II is a captivating supernatural series that seamlessly blends Chinese jiangshi folklore with Western vampire myths and eschatological themes. The story kicks off in 1938 when Fong Kwokwah and Yamamoto Ichifu clash, attracting Cheung San, the progenitor of all vampires. Despite the intervention of ghostbuster Ma Danna, Cheung San eventually turns Fong and a boy named Fuksang into vampires. Decades later in the 1990s, Fong Kwokwah assumes the identity of his deceased grandson, Fong Tinyau, after an incident in England. He soon falls in love with Ma Siuling, a ghostbuster descended from Ma Danna. The stakes rise when Nüwa, the goddess who created mankind, decides to end the world on January 2, 2001, due to human corruption. Supported by Cheung San, who loves her, Nüwa faces a fierce resistance from Fong Tinyau, Ma Siuling, and their friends as they desperately fight to stop the impending apocalypse.
