The heartwarming drama Muscle Girl! follows the story of Azusa, played by Ichikawa, who is the only child of a female pro wrestling organization owner. When her father tragically passes away from an illness, Azusa is forced to take over the family business. Unfortunately, the organization is already drowning in financial debt and teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. On the day of a major show, things take a turn for the worse when their referee suddenly vanishes, leaving behind nothing but a resignation letter. Desperate to save the event, Azusa runs into Lee, a young Korean man. She manages to persuade him to step in as a temporary referee for the day. Little does she know, Lee is actually a highly popular star back in Korea.
