Moving Targets is an action-packed crime drama following Cheung Waikit Nicholas Tse and Ngai Fung Fit Lo Edison Chen, two best friends and elite young Hong Kong police officers. After successfully stopping a robbery, they earn a promotion to the Narcotics unit. However, tension rises as the unit is led by the hotheaded Cheung TitMan Simon Yam, who is actually Kits estranged father. Haunted by a painful past involving his mother Michelle Mai, Kit seeks a transfer but agrees to one last mission to take down major drug lord Big Bryan Ken Tong. The operation goes sideways when Fit Lo is caught letting Bryan escape, resulting in his immediate firing. Standing on opposite sides of the law, the two friends face an ultimate test of loyalty.
