Monsters is an exciting drama series following Hiratsuka Heihachi, played by Katori Shingo, a highly eccentric detective within the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division. However, Saionji soon discovers that Hiratsuka's success is not due to corruption, but because he is the person criminals hate the most.
