In the psychological mystery film M, we follow Minwoo, a prominent up-and-coming author struggling to write his highly anticipated follow-up novel. As he battles a severe case of writer's block, Minwoo is plagued by terrifying nightmares and vivid hallucinations. This unexplainable condition quickly takes a toll on both his personal and professional life. Soon, the line between reality and fantasy blurs entirely, and he is consumed by a paranoid feeling of being chased. Driven by this intense paranoia, Minwoo wanders into a dark, unassuming alley and discovers a mysterious café. There, he meets Mimi, a charming young woman who seems to hold the key to his troubled mind. Intrigued and unsettled, Minwoo begins to wonder how he and this girl are connected. This chance encounter sends him on a psychological journey to trace long-forgotten memories of his first love, hoping to unlock the truth behind his deteriorating sanity.
