The romantic drama Love Now follows Yang Yiru, a workaholic who never has time for a holiday. When she is tricked by her family and friends into believing she has cancer and only six months to live, she is sent abroad to take a break. Still in shock, Yiru meets Lan Shide, who is on a business trip. When she shares her tragic diagnosis and her dream of getting married, Shide proposes. Yiru accepts, unaware that Shide fell in love with her years ago. Under a beautiful blue sky and on a white sandy beach, they have a dream wedding. Shide vows to accompany her during her remaining days. However, when Yiru disappears, Shide swears to find her, refusing to miss his chance this time.
