Little Nights, Little Love intertwines two poignant stories of unexpected connections and personal setbacks. Boku, a 27-year-old IT manager, faces professional downfall after a catastrophic incident involving his boss's distress and a disastrous coffee spill leads to client data loss. Demoted, he is forced to distribute market surveys at a station, where only Saki, an enigmatic woman in a recruit suit, offers a glimmer of hope. Concurrently, Minako, also 27 and a beautician, navigates a budding yet stagnant romance with Manabu, her friend Kasumi's younger brother. Despite enjoying their frequent phone conversations, Minako struggles to advance their relationship beyond mere calls. The narrative intensifies as Kasumi reveals Manabu's intention to ask Minako to be his girlfriend if he emerges victorious from an upcoming boxing match.
