Description:

"Letter from the Sun" follows Takumi, who, after his mother Ayako's passing, discovers a Lygodium box containing a letter addressed to Wira. This unexpected find compels him to travel from Japan to Thailand with the intention of returning the box to its rightful owner.

In Thailand, Takumi meets Lita, Wira's daughter, and begins to unravel a forgotten chapter of his mother's life. He learns that Ayako once sought Wira to master the intricate art of Lygodium weaving, and through this shared passion, an incredible bond was formed between them. However, Ayako eventually chose to return to Japan, leaving Wira heartbroken. As Takumi delves into their poignant history, he gains invaluable insights into love, loss, and the profound connections formed across time, prompting him to deeply reflect on his own relationships and the legacies we leave behind.
