In Kung Fu Mahjong, Fanny is an extraordinarily skilled mahjong player and young housewife whose smarmy husband, Johnny, forbids her from playing. When Johnny associates with the ruthless gambler Demon, he throws Fanny out of their home. Johnny quickly replaces her with Demon's femme fatale sister, Curvy, leaving Fanny completely alone. To make matters worse, Fanny suddenly loses her incredible tile-playing abilities. Fortunately, she receives crucial training from her mahjong sifu, Three Tiles, who previously taught Auntie Fei and the trainee First Love. With the essential help of her mahjong sister's brother, Ronaldhino, alongside Auntie Fei's annoying husband, Chi Mo Sai, Fanny regroups and sharpens her game. Armed with restored skills and a supportive team, she prepares for the ultimate showdown. Fanny must face off against Johnny, Demon, and Curvy in a climactic mahjong tournament to reclaim her life and defeat those who betrayed her.
