Description:

Set in 1859 during the feudal Joseon dynasty, Kundo: Age of the Rampant depicts a land devastated by natural disasters, poor harvests, hunger, and poverty. While the peasants suffer, corrupt nobles ruthlessly exploit them to increase their own wealth. Amidst this darkness, KUNDO, a righteous band of thieves, emerges as the only hope for the oppressed, striking terror into the hearts of the rich. Joo Yoon, the illegitimate son of a wealthy nobleman and a skilled martial artist unrecognized due to his concubine lineage, rises to absolute power and ruthlessly kills the mother and sister of a poor butcher named Dol Moo Chi. Driven by a thirst for vengeance, Dol Moo Chi is recruited into KUNDO. Transforming his anger into a weapon, he unsheathes his sword to fight the corrupt system and protect the weak.
