Kuch Naa Kaho introduces Raj, a happy and free-spirited Indian-American bachelor, who journeys to Mumbai for his cousin's wedding. His trip quickly veers from a celebratory visit to a series of forced encounters, as his overzealous uncle, Satish Shah, becomes determined to find him a wife. The uncle's employee, Namrata, is tasked with chaperoning Raj on these setup dates. Raj, deliberately sabotages each potential match, finding humor in his clever evasions, much to Namrata's mixed reactions.

As the wedding festivities progress, Raj spends more time with Namrata and unexpectedly begins to fall for her genuine charm and spirit. After considerable internal debate, he decides to confess his growing feelings. However, his plan is dramatically altered when he makes a surprising discovery: Namrata is a single mother with a seven-year-old son named Aditya. This revelation forces Raj to confront the unexpected complexities of his affection and his vision of the future.
