In Kamen Rider Build the Movie: Be the One, Japan struggles to recover after a devastating civil war that tore apart the regions of Touto, Hokuto, and Seito. Although the new governors of each region claim to work together for national reunification, they harbor a dark secret. They are actually members of the Blood Tribe, an evil organization seeking global domination. Viewing Sento Kiryu, also known as Kamen Rider Build, as the greatest threat to their agenda, the Blood Tribe manipulates innocent civilians and Sento’s closest allies to attack him. With his trusted companion Ryuga now turned against him, Sento finds himself completely isolated.
