In the Japanese drama Kakushou, rookie detective Akiho Takeda, played by Eikura Nana, joins the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's third investigation team. On her first day, a major jewelry burglary strikes Shibuya. Although the prestigious first investigation team takes over, the ambitious Akiho secretly visits the crime scene. There, she encounters veteran detective Shuichi Hagio, played by Takahashi Katsumi. The two are paired up as partners. Soon, another high-tech heist occurs in Roppongi, where the precious Besu diamond is stolen from a highly secure safe. This diamond is one of the Kuraida Family's Three Sisters, alongside the Ani diamond, which was stolen in the Shibuya heist. While many suspect the same culprit due to the connection between the diamonds, Akiho notices the entry techniques are completely different.
