In the South Korean action-comedy Jungle Juice, writer-director Minho Cho delivers a zany, fast-paced slapstick buddy movie set against the backdrop of alienated youth culture. The story follows Kitae, played by Hyuk Jang, and Cheolsu, played by Beomsu Lee, two ambitious but inept wannabe-gangsters working as low-level lackeys to climb the ranks of the local mob. However, their dreams of criminal greatness take a chaotic turn when they completely botch an important drug deal. Left with a massive debt to repay, the enterprising duo must think fast. They launch an unlikely, high-stakes scheme involving a big bag of cocaine and a prostitute named Meg Ryan, played by Hyejin Jeon. As they scramble to make things right, they find themselves in a frantic race for survival. With local authorities hot on their trail and a sadistic mobster named Mincheol, played by Changmin Son, closing in, the duo must navigate a hilarious web of adrenaline and non-stop laughter.
