The plot centers on Yui, played by Nozomi Sasaki, an elementary school teacher who is deeply concerned about her young student, Toshio Saeki, played by Kai Kobayashi. After Toshio has been absent from school for a long period of time, Yui decides to make a home visit to check on him. However, when she arrives at the Saeki household, she gets trapped in a web of terror.
