Based on a Joseon era classical novel, Jeon Woo Chi is a fantasy action drama about a mischievous hero. Played by Cha Tae Hyun, Jeon Woo Chi accidentally swallows a gumiho fox bead, gaining powerful Taoist magic. While he acts like a lazy nobody in his everyday life, he transforms into a powerful magician when evil strikes. As a dedicated student of Hong Gil Dong, he must defend the country of Yuldo against the villainous Ma Sook, played by Kim Gab Soo, and Kang Rim, played by Lee Hee Joon.
