Description:

Hungry is an engaging drama about Eisuke Yamate, a talented chef who abandoned his culinary dreams for rock music. When his band Rock Head breaks up, Eisuke decides to return to his roots and work at his mother's French restaurant, Le Petit Chou. Tragically, his mother passes away, and his father unwittingly sells the restaurant to Tokio Aso, who demolishes it to build a rival restaurant named Gasterea. Determined to honor his mother's legacy, Eisuke recruits his former bandmates to open a new Le Petit Chou inside a warehouse. On opening day, Chie Okusu, a college student seeking the perfect birthday dinner, discovers the sudden change. Following flyers, Chie and her friend find Eisuke's unconventional warehouse eatery. This culinary journey explores passion, rivalry, and new beginnings as Eisuke prepares to compete directly with Gasterea.
