Hotel Deluxe brings viewers a hilarious comedy set in the brand new Hundred Stars Hotel, a well-equipped five-star hotel located at scenic Qiandao Lake Hangzhou. While the gorgeous destination promises ultimate luxury, the reality is a complete disaster. The establishment is run by a hilariously incompetent staff who turn daily operations into absolute chaos. Assistant Manager OK Ronald Cheng struggles to maintain order, while Chief Bartender Pacino Chapman To mixes up troubled drinks. Adding to the mess, Head of Housekeeping Peach Sandra Ng fails to keep rooms clean, and receptionist Sammy Janelle Sing confuses every guest who walks through the door. As important visitors arrive, this dysfunctional crew must somehow work together to prevent a total catastrophe. Will they save the reputation of this deluxe paradise, or will their sheer incompetence bring down the entire establishment?
