Horror Stories 2 is a chilling omnibus film centered around the eerie theme of the afterlife, presenting four terrifying tales. In the framing narrative, Beginning Story 444, Department Head Park forces a gifted new employee, Se Young, who can communicate with the dead, to uncover secrets behind suspected insurance fraud cases in a secret basement storage room. As 444 AM approaches, a dark shadow looms over them. The tension rises in Cliff, where Dong Wook and Sung Kyun find themselves stranded on a dizzying cliff with only one candy bar. To live, one of them has to die. In Accident, Ji Eun, Mi Ra, and Sun Joo go on a road trip after failing their teacher certification examination. Due to an accident, it soon turns into a nightmare. Finally, Escape follows Byeong Shin, a humiliated trainee teacher who gets locked in the entrance to Hell after following a strange story told by his student Tan Hee, who is possessed by black magic.
