In the Japanese grindhouse horror comedy Horny House of Horror, softcore erotica meets bloody castration anxieties. The story follows pals Toshida and Uno, who insist on taking their engaged friend, Nakazu, to a brothel for his very first paid sexual encounter. Unbeknownst to the excited trio, the seemingly alluring cathouse harbors a dark and deranged mission to sexually torture its unsuspecting male customers. As each man is matched with a beautiful prostitute, they quickly realize they have stepped into a literal chamber of horrors. Directed by Jun Tsugita with special effects by Yoshino Nishimura, the film unleashes a wave of fetishistic violence and gory terror. The deadly courtesans, including one played by cult favorite Asami, utilize terrifying methods of assault, ranging from vagina dentata and samurai swords to bizarre phallic food games. This wild ride delivers plenty of extreme, blood-soaked action, turning a wild bachelor night into a desperate fight to survive.
