Himitsu no Hanazono is a captivating comedy-drama centered on Tsukiyama Kayo, an overworked fashion magazine editor. When chief editor Kawamura Ryoko suspends her magazine, Kayo is reluctantly transferred to a girls comic department. She is tasked with managing Hanazono Yuriko, an incredibly popular manga artist. At a luxury apartment, Kayo meets veteran rival editor Tanaka Ichiro and two demanding men who order her to run bizarre errands. After a chaotic day of dress shopping, Kayo demands to see the real artist. To her utter shock, she discovers that Hanazono Yuriko is not a single woman, but actually four brothers: Wataru, Osamu, Satoshi, and Hinata. The siblings warn Kayo to keep their secret safe. Now, the rookie editor must navigate their eccentric demands while desperately trying to secure a crucial manuscript due the next morning. However, the uncooperative brothers refuse to work tonight, leaving Kayo in a race against time.
