Description:

The story begins with a terrifying chase as a middle-aged man is hunted down by a police officer. The officer, revealed to be a monstrous, non-human entity, brutally bites the man's neck and drains his blood. Meanwhile, Akira returns to his hometown for summer break, burdened by the six-month disappearance of his older brother, Atsushi. He encounters a mysterious woman named Rei, who shockingly reveals his brother’s driving license and claims her own sibling is fighting vampires in her remote village. Skeptical at first, Akira soon witnesses a horrifying vampire attack alongside his friends, forcing him to believe Rei’s incredible tale. Driven by a desperate hope to find Atsushi, Akira and his companions decide to venture to Higanjima island. They are unaware of the unimaginable, hellish nightmare that awaits them on the isolated island.
