Description:

Hana Yori Dango Season 2 begins right after Domyoji leaves for New York. After confessing her feelings, Makino has not spoken to Domyoji for a year. To help them reunite, Rui and the other members of F4 take Makino to New York during the Christmas holidays. However, when they finally meet Domyoji, they find he has become a completely different person, forcing them to return to Japan. Soon after, Domyoji's mother announces their return to Japan, hosting a lavish birthday party where a major announcement is made. Just like before, Domyoji is engaged to a wealthy heiress, but this time, they are to be wed very soon. As Makino struggles with this heartbreaking news, Rui begins to develop feelings for her.
