Description:

GTO: The Movie, a live-action comedy drama adapted from Tohru Fujisawa's popular manga, introduces Eikichi Onizuka. This unconventional high school teacher, who barely passed college, rolls into Horobonai, a small rural town facing severe economic hardship. The local theme park's closure has plunged the town and its teenagers into deep depression. Onizuka, however, refuses to conform to the town's gloomy atmosphere. Known for his wildly irreverent and outspoken nature, he fearlessly challenges both his students and superiors. Though not a traditional educator, Onizuka's unique knack for engaging people through his brash style and willingness to confront problems head-on quickly revitalizes Horobonai, bringing much-needed life back to its struggling community.
