Description:

In a 1990 small city nestled by a river, security guard Quan Liang becomes the prime suspect for a series of increasingly bizarre and seemingly supernatural occurrences plaguing the waterway. Despite the outlandish nature of the events, Liang himself appears unsettlingly connected to many strange incidents unfolding throughout the city.
