Description:

One year after Akiko reentered the workforce, she excels in Osaka, living apart from her stepdaughter Miyuki, a university student in Tokyo. Akiko, headhunted by a major consulting firm, achieved significant career success, making her decade-long break for raising Miyuki unnoticeable. Meanwhile, Miyuki, still doing things at her own pace, attends university and works part-time. Abruptly, Akiko is fired and returns to Tokyo. Upon visiting Miyuki's apartment, she discovers Mugita, the owner of Miyuki's bakery workplace, emerging topless from the bathroom, cradling a baby boy. When Miyuki arrives, Akiko jumps to the conclusion the baby is theirs. However, Miyuki and Mugita deny any such connection, leaving Akiko deeply bewildered by the baffling situation.
