Ghost Cleansing Ltd delves into a chilling past where young friends Chiu and Hung invoke a saucer spirit, a Chinese Ouija board, seeking answers. Interrupted mid-ritual, they fail to finish properly. Their desperate attempt to complete it at Chiu's home unleashes terrifying supernatural events, tragically leading to the death of Chiu's parents.

Eighteen years later, Chiu, now a master-trained exorcist, reunites with Hung, who has been suffering severe PTSD since that fateful night. As Chiu tries to help his best friend overcome his condition, alarming paranormal occurrences resurface.
