Description:

Former baseball prodigy Nagumo Shuji, whose career ended prematurely due to injury, initially dropped out of school and worked as a sports trainer. At 32, he pursued his dream of teaching, returning to university to become a social studies teacher. He now teaches at Etsuzan High School in Mie Prefecture, married to Mika, living with her father and their two children, Aozora and Nagisa. Etsuzan High School's baseball team has a history of losing seasons. However, the wealthy Inuzuka Mikio, whose grandson has aspirations of playing professional baseball in the United States, begins to significantly support the team. Amidst these new developments, Nagumo Shuji steps in as an advisor for the high school baseball team, potentially guiding the struggling group to an unexpected future.
