Description:

In the intense Korean drama Gangster High, Sang Ho is an ordinary high school student who aspires to join the military academy, following in the footsteps of his army colonel father. After starting high school, he forms a close bond with Jae Gu, Chang Bae, Kyung Chul, Hong Kyu, and Sang Sik. Together, they establish a soccer team called Tiger to cement their friendship. However, an unexpected clash with older students leads the entire school to misunderstand them as a ruthless gang. Things spiral out of control when Sang Ho gets close to a girl dating the leader of a rival school gang. Directed by Park, famous for A Whispering Corridor, the film offers a grim look at reckless youth. Unlike other movies, Gangster High never romanticizes violence. When forced to defend himself and his friends, Sang Ho undergoes a dark transformation, turning into a cold, cruel fighter in a harsh world without compassion.
