Gangs of Wasseypur 2 continues the intense and bloody revenge saga of Sardar Khan's family. Following the death of Sardar Khan, played by Manoj Bajpayee, his sons are left to seek vengeance. While Faizal, played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui, is lost in a drug-induced slumber, his brother Danish, played by Vineet Singh, steps up to demand blood. However, rivals Ramadhir Singh, played by Tigmanshu Dhulia, and Sultan, played by Pankaj Tripathi, ruthlessly gun down Danish. This tragedy forces Faizal to wake up and violently seize control of Wasseypur, all while maintaining his love life with Mohsina, played by Huma Qureshi. In an attempt to end the bloodshed, Ramadhir offers Faizal a truce. Yet, peace is threatened as ambitious players like Definite, played by Zeishan Quadri, and Shamshad, played by Raj Kumar Yadav, want their share of power. The cycle of violence turns deadly once again when Sultan targets Faizal's brother, Perpendicular.
