In the year 2043, the evil crime lord The General is sentenced to jail by a Judge. To prevent this, his loyal minions Kent, Thai King, and Toyota travel back in time to 1993 to assassinate the Judge before he can take office. Learning of this dangerous plot, the Police Director sends the Future Cops, including Broom Man, Ti Man, and AhSing, to 1993 to protect the target, while Lung stays behind. Upon arriving in 1993, the officers disguise themselves and move in with a twenty-something high school student named Tai Hung and his family. Ti Man poses as a student and falls for Tai Hung’s sister, Chun May. Broom Man acts as a school music teacher, romancing student Crab Angel, while AhSing protects Tai Hung from bullies. As Tai Hung pursues his love, Choi Ney, the villains arrive and intense battles ensue. Ultimately, a family twist reveals that Tai Hung is actually the Judge.
