In the psychological thriller Forbidden Floor, divorced mother ChaeMinYoung (Kim SeoHyung) seeks a fresh start by moving into a new studio apartment with her six-year-old daughter, JooHee (Kim YouJung). Their peaceful life is quickly disrupted when a neighbor living one floor below constantly complains about loud noises coming from their unit. The accusations deeply disturb MinYoung because she and JooHee live quietly and do not make much noise. As tension builds, MinYoung notices increasingly strange and unsettling behavior from other neighbors in the building. Sensing a hidden danger, she embarks on a tense investigation to uncover the dark, chilling truth behind the mysterious apartment complex before it is too late.
