Dung Duang Haruetai is a captivating tale set amidst three kingdoms locked in long-standing suspicion. Kasit, the wealthiest realm, urgently needs a sea route, leading King Rungsimun to plan a strategic marriage with Princess Munisala of Thanta. This alliance, however, would isolate Puntoolat, intensifying existing tensions. Fearing King Rungsimun's notorious reputation, Princess Munisala flees the impending wedding and finds refuge with Prince Tiyuttithorn Pee Chai of Puntoolat after he rescues her from a trap.

Alarmed by Munisala's disappearance and the potential for war, Princess Tasika seeks to speak with Pee Chai but is unexpectedly kidnapped by King Rungsimun and brought to Kasit. Tasika initially believes she is a hostage, fueling her dislike for Rungsimun. However, Rungsimun is instantly smitten with Tasika, igniting a tumultuous love story. Their budding romance faces relentless sabotage from Mina Nok, who is also in love with the King and constantly tries to harm Tasika.
