Description:

In "Devil in the Lake," Bo Young secures a position as a caregiver in the sprawling mansion of the once-wealthy grandmother Wang, harboring a dangerous secret agenda. Her employer, Wang's only blood relative Mother Kim, imposes strict conditions: no guests, particularly children, and an absolute ban from the adjacent reservoir. Yet, the grand estate, perched ominously beside Gwimot reservoir—a site infamous for unexplained fatalities—begins to reveal its sinister nature. As unsettling and bizarre events increasingly torment the mansion, Bo Young uncovers a terrifying truth: a pattern of foreigners meeting mysterious deaths after visiting the cursed location. Her initial perilous intentions are quickly overshadowed by a deepening supernatural horror, forcing her to confront the dark, deadly secrets lurking within the lake and the mansion itself.
