Based on the acclaimed manga, Dragon Head plunges viewers into a chilling post-apocalyptic nightmare. A seemingly routine school trip turns catastrophic when a high-speed train derails and becomes entombed within a collapsed tunnel. Among the few survivors are a determined protagonist and his two classmates. Facing dwindling supplies, psychological torment, and the crushing weight of their confinement, they bravely resolve to escape the dark depths and reach the surface.

However, their escape only reveals a world far more terrifying. A vast, desolate landscape of utter ruin stretches endlessly under an ominous sky. What devastating event – a natural disaster, a nuclear catastrophe, or something even more bizarre – could have annihilated civilization? Fueled by a mix of desperate hope and despair, the trio embarks on a perilous journey towards Tokyo.
