The medical drama Dr Nurse Aid SP follows the sudden changes at the Kuraki Medical Center after its owner falls ill. Taking charge is the owner's younger brother, Kuraki Hiromasa, played by Osugi Ren. In a bid to completely overhaul the hospital, Hiromasa decides to launch a brand new nurses aide training course. He assigns the responsibility of establishing this program to the talented, hot shot doctor Mori Takeru, played by Ozawa Yukiyoshi.
