Dr Kkang, also known as Dr Gang, is a captivating drama that follows the chaotic life of Kang DalGo. Originally a mid-level gang leader in Busan, DalGo is forced to flee to Seoul after a police investigation gets him kicked out of his gang. To survive, he disguises himself as a fake doctor. This desperate cover leads him to Kim YooNa, a sassy and dedicated real doctor. As they interact, an unbalanced love story begins to unfold between the fake physician and the genuine doctor. However, their romance faces complications with the arrival of Suk HeeJung, a hardworking prosecutor who overcame his illegitimate background to find success. HeeJung soon becomes the third party in a tense love triangle.
