Dinner is a compelling culinary drama centered around Roccabianca, a famous Italian restaurant in Japan run by Tatsumi Saori and her legendary father, Tatsumi Hideo. The renowned establishment is a massive success until Hideo suddenly suffers a subarachnoid hemorrhage and falls into a coma. With the restaurant facing the threat of closing down as customers dwindle, Saori makes a desperate decision to save her father's legacy. She appoints Ezaki Motomu as the new chief chef, a culinary genius who previously apprenticed at the world-famous restaurant Tereza in Italy. Although Ezaki possesses top-class cooking skills, his problematic personality and cynical belief that relationships and tradition are completely unnecessary clash with the rest of the staff. This dramatic shift brings new challenges to Roccabianca as they struggle to survive.
