Description:

A young woman, engaged to her colleague, grapples with informing her estranged mother. Their relationship has been strained since a major argument years ago, exacerbated by her mother’s refusal to reveal her father’s identity. When her fiancé encourages her to share the news, her mother unexpectedly visits the company. After an approving encounter at a pub, plans for a wedding dress fitting are set. Tragically, on the day of the fitting, her mother suffers a sudden brain haemorrhage and remains unconscious for months. Learning about her mother's living will, the young woman discovers a collection of diaries exchanged between her mother and high school classmates. Guided by these deeply personal journals, she embarks on a journey to her mother’s hometown. There, the intricate web of truths and hidden facts within the women’s writings ultimately leads her to uncover true happiness and understanding.
