However, their visit is abruptly shattered when INET headquarters comes under a devastating attack by the Neijirejia, a malevolent force led by Dr. Hinelar, bent on conquering reality.

INET's chief scientist, Dr. Kubota, then uncovers a shocking secret: Megaranger was never just a game, but a sophisticated combat simulator designed to identify potential heroes. As the HQ crumbles under the assault of the Neijirejia warrior Yugande, Dr. Kubota entrusts Kenta and his friends with powerful Digitizers. By entering the keycode 335 and shouting "Install Megaranger," these ordinary students transform into the incredible Megarangers, humanity's last hope against the invading Nejirejia.
