Dao Rueang is a gripping Thai drama starring Por Thrisadee as Jin, a newly enthusiastic yet inexperienced Deputy Bpalat from Bangkok who gets stationed in a remote countryside village. This particular assignment is famously tough, as few previous Bpalats have managed to survive the harsh environment for more than a couple of months. The village remains backward, run by a lawless bunch of ruffians, and divided by two warring local factions: the son of Phu Yai and the rebellious Dao Reurng. Bpalat Jin quickly finds himself entrenched in their dangerous and abrasive warfare. Despite the torturous challenges and constant threats, Jin is determined to stand his ground. He resolves to tame the wild locals, dismantle their regressive ways, and bring modern improvement to the community.
