Description:

Misaki Kanon, a hopeful young woman, arrives in the big city with dreams of becoming a singer. Initially, life is promising; she finds love and diligently pursues her musical aspirations. But her world shatters when her boyfriend's betrayal leaves her heartbroken, destroying her faith in people and making her lose sight of her dream.

Deep in her past, Kanon, as a small child, sang a sacred prayer song in a remote mountain village, a place where the ancient Daimajin rests. Now, amidst her despair, she must embark on a journey to regain that lost song, not only to heal herself but perhaps to save the world. Meanwhile, a mysterious man from her old village is searching for her, believing she is crucial to helping him and his comrades when the time comes. Simultaneously, strange creatures emerge in the city, possessing unsuspecting humans and unleashing chaos, signaling a greater danger that only Kanon's rediscovered voice might overcome.
